Refund Policy

At MBBS Destination, we aim to offer transparent and reliable admission consultancy services. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before making any payment.

  1. Consultancy Fees

All consultancy, counseling, and service charges are non-refundable, unless explicitly mentioned in a written agreement.

  1. University/Third-Party Fees

Fees paid toward:

  • Application processing
  • Invitation letter
  • Visa fees
  • Translation & notarization
  • Embassy charges
    are handled by third-party authorities and cannot be refunded by MBBS Destination.
  1. Refund in Case of Visa Rejection (If Applicable)

Visa decisions are made solely by the embassy.
If a refund is possible, it will follow the refund terms of the respective university or country, not MBBS Destination.

  1. Student Responsibility

Refunds are not provided if:

  • The student changes their decision
  • Fails to provide correct documents
  • Fails to appear for visa interviews
  • Submits fraudulent documents
  1. Cancellation

Cancellations must be submitted in writing to our official email. Requests made through WhatsApp/social media will not be considered.
